Senna Bayasgalan

Senna Bayasgalan is a Mongolian Korean American marketing and communications leader with a passion for building a more equitable
world and helping people realize their potential. She’s the Managing Director of Marketing and communications at Global Private Capital Association, a founding board member at Asians In Advertising, and a speaker, advisor, and mentor.

Senna seeks to inspire and push brands to drive their business with their purpose first and product second. She finds joy in furthering diversity, equity, and inclusion within her company and community and giving back to others. Through her involvement within the DE&I community, she advocates for social justice, women’s empowerment, and inclusive leadership while elevating BIPOC to higher leadership positions.

Senna is a mentor at APIA Scholars, Women Who Create, 3AF, Asians In Advertising, and a facilitator for workshops that empower
women and people from underrepresented groups to speak openly about their accomplishments in the workplace and beyond, thereby
breaking modesty norms and glass and bamboo ceilings.
