Peter Lee Hamilton is a Korean American leader, entrepreneur, and advocate passionate about empowering young leaders and fostering community impact. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Government from Georgetown University, where he was named an Entrepreneurship Fellow for his innovative work at the intersection of business and social change. He is currently pursuing a dual Juris Doctor and MBA at the University of Virginia, studying at both the UVA School of Law and the Darden School of Business.
As Co-Founder and President of the National Korean Student Alliance (NKSA), Peter leads a national nonprofit uniting Korean American college students to build leadership skills, civic engagement, and cultural identity. His vision has helped NKSA grow into a vital network that connects students across the country for mentorship, advocacy, and collaboration.
Beyond his nonprofit leadership, Peter’s professional experiences span corporate strategy, startup incubation, and public-private partnerships. His interdisciplinary approach blends law, business, and social purpose to create sustainable solutions that strengthen underrepresented communities. In 2024, Poets & Quants recognized him among the “Best & Brightest MBAs” for his leadership, academic excellence, and service.
