Jen is a corporate attorney specializing in M&A and startup work. From her experience of working in both large law firm and in-house settings in the US and Asia, Jen provides high-caliber legal advice that makes sense to her clients.

Jen grew up spending time in South Korea, the US, and the Philippines, and speaks English and Korean fluently. As a deal lawyer, she brings a wealth of cross-border legal experience and cultural knowledge to facilitate international transactions as well as domestic deals with diverse parties. As outside general counsel, Jen is the “go-to” attorney for her clients’ day-to-day legal needs. In this role, she advises clients on formation, fundraising, commercial transactions, data privacy review, marketing/advertising, and corporate governance matters. She also helps her clients identify and manage a team of specialized attorneys in other areas of law including employment, intellectual property, tax, securities, and real estate.

Jen received her law degree from Northwestern University Pritzker and her undergraduate degree from Ewha Womans University in South Korea.

Jen is an avid skier with an insatiable appetite for travel and passion for creating a beautiful space wherever she goes.
