The Council of Korean Americans (CKA) hosted the 2024 Envision Gala and Summit in Washington, D.C., from November 13-15. This premier event united influential leaders and trailblazers from across America to celebrate CKA’s vital mission: empowering Korean American communities and leaders in diverse sectors.

With the theme “Building a Legacy of Hope,” the gala honored those whose dedication, sacrifices, and achievements have established a strong foundation for a bright future for Korean Americans.

The event highlighted esteemed individuals making significant contributions nationwide while honoring our immigrant parents’ sacrifices. It served as an inspiring reminder of hope for the future of the Korean American community.

The 2023 CKA Envision Summit and Gala theme, “Making History: From Pioneers to Visionaries,” brought together guests from across the nation for three engaging days of VIP events. This year marks significant milestones: the 120th anniversary of Korean immigration to the U.S. and the 70th anniversary of the U.S.-Korea alliance.

Attendees participated in a National Summit featuring leading thought leaders, networking receptions with top policy and business executives, and insightful discussions focused on shaping the future of the Korean American community. The event culminated in an elegant Envision Gala at the Conrad Hotel, celebrating our shared history while looking ahead to new opportunities.

The Council of Korean Americans (CKA) proudly hosted its annual National Summit and Gala, a three-day event that unites influential trailblazers, business leaders, and philanthropists to enhance the voice and interests of the Korean American community.

The festivities began on Thursday, November 17 with a VIP Reception on Capitol Hill. This gathering included national legislators and key political allies supporting the Korean American community. On November 18, CKA held its National Summit where thought leaders and policy experts engaged in discussions about critical issues affecting Asian Americans. The event culminated with the Envision Gala on November 19—a black-tie affair attended by 450 guests at the elegant Conrad Hotel in Washington, DC—celebrating both past achievements of the Korean American community and its promising future.
